Chris is passionate about encouraging individuality and authenticity in a team, empowering and motivating others to deliver results through a unique style of leadership.

He brings over 20 years experience in the retail sector specialising in senior operational and high profile strategic change management roles in large organisations. Chris believes that people and relationships are the key to a successful business and has a wealth of experience coaching, mentoring and training others to reach their full potential and to bring the best out of their teams to drive performance.

Chris has a BA(Hons) in Business and Retail Management, has recently been through the ‘Living Leader’ Programme and, alongside his Retail roles, also runs his own small property business. He is experienced in delivering training and facilitating/chairing both in person and virtually and loves to bring a more relaxed, engaging style to everything he does which quickly builds rapport with those he works with.

With a real fun, positive attitude to life and a way of connecting emotionally with people Chris will offer a different way of thinking, appropriate challenge along the way and a real sense of excitement for what the future may bring.
