Courses are delivered face-to-face by qualified trainers and offer Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 options, with content including:
– Recognising common mental health conditions
– Supporting colleagues experiencing stress, anxiety, or crisis
– Understanding pathways for professional help
– Promoting a supportive culture on site and in the office
These programmes can be delivered in-house for teams of up to 12 and may now be eligible for CITB funding.
Suicide First Aid Training
Give staff the confidence to recognise suicidal thoughts and take effective, compassionate action. Our certified Suicide First Aid courses provide essential skills to help someone stay safe and access support, and may be eligible for CITB funding.

Women in Construction Programmes
Create a more inclusive, confident, and connected workforce. Our Women in Construction development programmes support women at all levels to build influence, strengthen professional presence, and navigate common barriers faced in a male-dominant environment. Programmes can include mentoring, leadership modules, networking, allyship sessions for men, and coaching to support retention and progression into senior roles.
How We Help You Utilise CITB Leadership & Management Funding
Accessing CITB funding can significantly reduce training costs, but navigating the process can feel daunting. We make it simple.
Wintle-Camp Coaching supports construction businesses to unlock the CITB Leadership and Management Development Fund, where eligible organisations may be able to secure up to £100,000 of funding for leadership and people development initiatives.

Short Course Funding via CITB
Through CITB’s Short Course Grant scheme, construction employers — including those with smaller or mid-sized workforces — can access funding for approved short-duration leadership and management courses (from 3 hours up to 2 days) that build core supervisory and management skills.
What’s Covered
Courses such as “Developing Yourself as a Team Leader”, “Planning and Monitoring Work”, “Delivery of Site Operations and Logistics”, “Handling Difficult Situations”, “Understanding Recruitment & Onboarding”, “Organising & Delegating in Construction”, and more — all designed around the needs of construction supervisors and managers.
Training can be delivered in person, online, or via blended learning, making it easier to fit around site schedules.
Grant Support & Value
When course standards are met and a CITB-Approved Training Organisation delivers the training, CITB will provide a grant for the completion of each course.
Grant amounts are tiered, depending on course type and duration; many of the shorter supervisory and leadership courses attract grants of £140 or £240 per delegate.
