CASE STUDY - TRANT ENGINEERING

Trant Engineering is one of the UK's leading infrastructure and engineering firms, over 1,000 employees, multiple sites, real growth ambitions. Their challenge wasn't capability. It was consistency.

An engagement survey revealed the problem in numbers: only 10% of employees strongly agreed they could see a career pathway. Fewer than 24% felt actively coached by their managers. Cross-departmental communication was patchy. Leadership behaviour varied dramatically from team to team.

We designed Built from Within, a multi-stage, values-led programme combining engagement diagnostics, values discovery workshops, "Our Values Our Way" facilitation, train-the-trainer development, and embedded leadership coaching. Delivered across the whole business, owned by Trant's own people.
