The human skills that make everything else work.
Practical emotional intelligence training for leaders, teams, and anyone whose work depends on other people. We build the self-awareness, steadiness, and empathy that make every other skill, leading, selling, collaborating, having the hard conversation, actually land.

EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE
Technical skill gets people into the job. What determines how far they go, and how well a team holds together under pressure, is something harder to measure and harder to fake: how they handle themselves, and how they handle other people.
We've all worked with the brilliant individual who can't take feedback, the manager who avoids the difficult conversation until it's a crisis, the team that goes quiet rather than honest. None of those are knowledge problems. They're emotional intelligence problems. The good news, emotional intelligence can be learned, practised, and built.
That's the work we do. Not a personality test and a poster on the wall, but practical skill-building: noticing what you're feeling before it drives you, staying steady when the stakes are high, reading the room, and saying the hard thing in a way the other person can actually hear. The skills that make everything else, leadership, sales, collaboration, change, possible.
The "soft", or as we like to say “human skills”, are the hard ones.
WHY IT MATTERS
THE FOUR DOMAINS
Emotional intelligence, in four moving parts.
Emotional intelligence isn't one thing, it's four capabilities that build on each other. It starts with understanding yourself, extends to managing yourself, then to understanding others, and finally to managing your relationships with them. We develop all four, and the ECR measures where you are across them.
Self-Awareness
Knowing what you're feeling as you feel it, and how it's shaping your judgement, your tone, and the room around you. The foundation everything else is built on.
Self-Management
Staying steady when it counts. Choosing your response instead of being driven by the first reaction. Holding your nerve in the difficult meeting, the high-stakes pitch, the moment it all kicks off.
Social Awareness
Reading the people in front of you, what they're feeling, what they're not saying, what the group dynamic actually is. Empathy as a practical, deployable skill, not a personality trait.
Relationship Management
Putting the other three to work, building trust, influencing without authority, navigating conflict, and having the conversations most people avoid. Where emotional intelligence becomes visible to everyone else.
WHAT WE DEVELOP
Six capabilities. Built through practice, not theory.
We don't lecture people about emotional intelligence — we build it, through workshops, coaching, role-play, real scenarios, and honest feedback. Here's what we develop.
The inner awareness
01 · Self-awareness & emotional literacy — Naming what you feel before it drives you. Spotting your triggers, your patterns, the gap between intention and impact. The work that makes feedback land instead of bounce off.
02 · Staying steady under pressure — Self-regulation in the moments that matter. How to pause before you react, hold your nerve in the difficult meeting, and stay useful when the temperature rises, instead of going to fight, flight, or freeze.
03 · Resilience & self-leadership — The longer game of managing your own energy, motivation, and recovery. Building the steadiness that lets you lead yourself well before you ask anyone to follow.
The outer practice
04 · Empathy & reading people — Tuning in to what others are feeling and needing, including what they're not saying. Reading individuals and reading the room. The skill that makes people feel genuinely understood, which is rarer and more powerful than most realise.
05 · Difficult conversations — Saying the hard thing in a way the other person can actually hear. Feedback, conflict, underperformance, the elephant in the room. How to stay honest and stay kind at the same time and not put it off until it's a crisis.
06 · Communicating with impact — Connection, presence, and the story behind the message. How to make people feel something, not just hear something, because the most emotionally intelligent communicators don't just inform, they land.

Most emotional intelligence training starts with a guess. Ours starts with data. As a RocheMartin Certified Practitioner, Monique delivers the Emotional Capital Report (ECR) — one of the world's most rigorously validated measures of emotional intelligence, built specifically for the workplace.
In about fifteen minutes, the ECR scores an individual across ten emotional and social competencies that research links directly to leadership and performance, then we sit down together for an expert debrief that turns the numbers into a clear, personal development plan. For teams and leaders who want the fuller picture, the ECR 360 adds confidential feedback from the people around them.
It means every programme we run is grounded in where your people actually are, not where a generic course assumes they should be. Diagnostic-led, measurable, and built to show real movement over time.
