Becky brings a grounded, pragmatic energy to her work, combining operational precision with a warm, people-first approach. She’s known for turning complexity into clarity and creating the conditions for progress — especially when things feel messy or uncertain. Calm, collaborative and quietly tenacious, Becky builds trust quickly and helps teams move forward with confidence and connection.

With over 20 years’ experience as an operational leader, Becky has worked across sectors with organisations ranging from fast-paced SMEs to global corporations. Her strengths lie in project management, client liaison, and programme coordination — often acting as the glue that holds multiple moving parts together. From scoping and shaping ideas through to delivery and evaluation, Becky ensures that every detail is thought through and every stakeholder is supported. She also provides strategic business support, writes award submissions, and keeps delivery teams focused and organised behind the scenes.

Based in the Lake District, Becky spends much of her time outdoors — swimming in cold water, climbing fells, and adventuring with her husband, children and dog. She’s also a Brownie Leader with Girlguiding, helping girls to grow their confidence, voice and sense of fun.
