Sue is a highly skilled facilitator of learning and development with a proven track record of translating business needs into pragmatic training solutions and delivery. Working in the field of people development since 1995, she specialises in behavioural and attitudinal change at all levels of management development, increasing personal effectiveness, which has a direct impact on business performance and culture. Sue delivers people development solutions for a range of clients, using a range of interventions including; one to one coaching, action learning, neuro-linguistic programming, a variety of psychometric and 360 degree feedback tools, often combined with experiential learning.
Her work includes consultancy on strategic change and work force strategy, coaching senior executives, middle and senior management development work, facilitating business meetings and solutions, conducting independent impact evaluation and market research and facilitating senior team development. Sue teaches at postgraduate level in the field of Leadership and Organisational Change.
Sue holds an MA in Management Learning from Lancaster University. She also holds a first class honours degree, and is a Neuro-Lingusitic Programming Master Practitioner, A level 7 accredited Action Learning Facilitator, a registered practitioner in Myers Briggs Type Indicator, a Firo B practitioner, a TA 101 Counsellor , Hypnosis Master Practitioner, Timeline Therapist, and an accredited coach.
