Developing Yourself as a Team Leader supports individuals stepping into leadership roles or wanting to strengthen their foundations. This CITB-aligned course helps participants understand what great team leadership looks like and how to apply it day-to-day — especially in the fast-paced, high-pressure world of construction.

Across the day, participants explore how to communicate clearly, set expectations, support wellbeing, motivate others, and adapt their approach to different people and situations. The session combines discussion, scenarios, and practical tools that can be used immediately back on site or in the office.
