Confident conversations. Stronger relationships. Better outcomes.
Handling Difficult Situations gives managers the confidence and practical tools to tackle the conversations most people avoid. Whether it’s addressing poor performance, resolving conflict, or delivering tough feedback, this course helps leaders approach challenging moments with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
Through realistic construction-based scenarios and guided practice, participants learn how to stay calm under pressure, manage emotions (their own and others’), and find solutions that strengthen relationships rather than damage them.
Why choose Wintle-Camp Coaching?
Because difficult conversations don’t get easier by avoiding them — they get easier with skill, practice, and support.
Our facilitators bring real leadership experience, blended with deep coaching expertise, to create sessions that are practical, human, and grounded in the realities of everyday leadership.
We create a safe, engaging space where leaders can practise the tricky stuff, get honest feedback, and walk away feeling capable, confident, and ready to act.
And as always with Wintle-Camp Coaching: expect warmth, challenge, energy, and a dash of fun — because even the toughest topics become easier to learn when the room feels alive.
“Our leaders came away not just more confident — but genuinely transformed in how they approach conflict.”
