Understanding Training & Coaching in Construction is designed for managers, supervisors, and rising leaders who want to learn how to guide, support, and grow their teams with confidence.

The course explores the fundamentals of effective on-the-job training and day-to-day coaching — how to give clear instructions, how to check understanding, how to develop competence safely, and how to build accountability without micromanaging.
